E****Absolutely gorgeous!! The hair was super soft and full. It comes with free gift. The hair had NO odor at all and did I mention soft. The communication is 100% good. They always made sure to send me a mention when possible. Before it was sent, as it was shipping, any moment and they were quick with responding as well. Definitely buy from them !! L***My package came a day earlier than was scheduled. After opening the unit, there was gift with the wig. The hair is extremely soft and full, hairline is already pre plucked as well as the part,looks so natural. Inside of the wig have combs and straps to tighten. There is no smell. It takes heat really well. I did bleach the knots just for my wanting, still looks good. But this unit is very low maintenance needed. It's is truly amazing and very beautiful . Can't wait to order more.
